How are custom branded plates made?

You send your artwork, we confirm your requirements by email, a full proof is sent for your approval, and only then are the plates manufactured and delivered.

Preparing your artwork

  • Send a vector file: AI, EPS, SVG or PDF keep edges sharp.
  • Keep it simple: bold shapes and clear lettering print best on rubber.
  • Give colour references: Pantone numbers help match your club colours.

What you approve

  • Position and size of the artwork on the plate.
  • Colours of print and finish.
  • Quantities per weight.

Common questions

Do I get to see the design before it is made?

Yes. A full proof is sent for approval before manufacturing.

What if I only have a JPEG logo?

Send it anyway. We’ll tell you if a cleaner file is needed.
